When was the last time you just went for a wander? Fresh air and time to think are a great combination in the battle against cravings if you've got a little self-control. Ideally, choose a route that doesn’t take you past a shop where you're able to buy cigarettes - if you set off without cigarettes and can’t buy any on the way then you won’t be able to smoke.
