Find a Quit Smoking Buddy

It can be hard to discuss your feelings with people who haven’t been through the pain of quitting, and even ex-smokers who have, may not be able to lend the right sort of support. Find someone you know who's been smoking for as long as you have and has similar motivations. If you have a quit buddy and you fail, you're not only letting yourself down, you're letting them down too!
