Deep Clean Your Clothes

Wash the smoke out of your clothes, and towels, too. It's worth taking them to a professional cleaner if you really want to get the smell out, as years of exposure to smoke means that it will have seeped deeply into the fibres. If you smoke in your bedroom, strip the bed and wash your sheets, or invest in a new set of bed linen to mark a new start in your life.
